  • Restore Trust and ability to attune to Others

  • Restore a Sense of Autonomy and Effective Fight/Flight responses

The technique is body-based. It is recommended that yoga students with a history of trauma seek individual therapy for processing of feelings and images that emerge during yoga sessions.
